New TG-132 imaging validation and testing technologies on show at ESTRO 2017

Oncology Systems Limited (OSL) will be demonstrating ImSimQA™ and the newly OnQ rts® v2.2 software at Booth 150 at ESTRO 2017 (05-09th May)

Both advanced software products, including the newly released v2.2 of OnQ rts® will be on show at ESTRO 2017 at the OS Booth, with live demonstrations and distributor training sessions available from OSL’s clinical and technical teams. OnQ rts provides automated anatomy contouring, advanced fusion and contour analysis while ImSimQA™ as used by the AAPM Task Group 132 (TG-132) committee, offers independent validation of image registration and fusion software found in radiotherapy imaging, planning and IGRT treatment delivery.

OnQ rts software is an automated workflow system for advanced multi-modality image fusion and auto contouring, with detailed analysis of results. High-level batch automation of complex clinical contouring and imaging tasks is a key feature of the software, improving workflow and keeping human intervention to a minimum. Atlas-based segmentation, advanced dose review, adaptive re-contouring are just some of the functions performed using single click, automated workflows.

ImSimQA is the only dedicated, independent system for testing, validating and commissioning modern image registration and fusion software. Image datasets generated by ImSimQA are used in the TG-132 library. For ongoing clinical QA however more extensive virtual phantoms and tools are required due to variable patient anatomy and positioning, and differences in image quality and imaging devices. Clinicians in all corners of the world now use ImSimQA due to its flexibility in virtual modelling of any clinical scenario, resulting in a full suite of quantitative performance tests as recommended by TG-132.
