OSL wins £500,000 Scottish order

Oncology Systems Limited has been awarded a £500,000 contract to supply radiotherapy equipment to hospitals across Scotland as part of a major national procurement program. OSL is the leading independent supplier to hospitals in the UK and Ireland. The company’s breadth of high quality dosimetry/QA, patient positioning and immobilisation and imaging and planning products was considered to meet the wide ranging needs of the five centres involved.

The products being supplied include CIVCO indexed patient positioning and immobilisation equipment ; Standard Imaging’s PIPSpro software, ion chambers and phantoms; and MODUS Medical phantoms including the QUASAR Multi-Purpose Body and PRESP 4D Phantoms.

The five centres to be supplied are West of Scotland Cancer Centre in Glasgow; Western General Hospital in Edinburgh; Ninewells Hospital in Dundee; Aberdeen Royal Infirmary; and Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
