Product Manager / Lead Clinical Scientist

UK-based, some international travel

Salary c£55k+ dependant on experience, plus benefits, and to include company bonus scheme

Oncology Systems Limited (OSL) is looking to recruit a dynamic clinical expert, ideally a clinical scientist, experienced in radiotherapy and medical imaging, to play a key role in the Company’s clinical software and medical physics product developments.

OSL is expanding its radiotherapy software solutions to the international radiotherapy community, and due to re-organisation now requires an experienced and repsected scientist to work in product management with the existing R&D, marketing and clinical sales teams. With new software products in the pipeline, this is an exciting time to join a well established, highly successful and innovative group.

If you are seeking to work within a creative and dynamic research commercial environment, continually pushing the boundaries of research and development, yet fully embedded within the clinical environment, this position may be of interest to you.

Requirements: Extensive experience in treatment planning and medical physics QA from a clinical oncology environment, OR experience of working within product management in radiotherapy. Ability to travel occasionally to UK and international customer sites and attend key scientific meetings.

Sales Manager – Radiotherapy

UK based. Salary £30,000-£45,000 pa dependant on experience
+ bonus scheme + package

OSL is expanding and requires a dynamic, self-motivated person to work across the UK and Ireland in the sales of radiotherapy technology to clinical customers.

Working as part of a respected clinical sales and support team, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in sales within the medical environment and be comfortable interacting with clinical staff at all levels within the NHS and private sector. Clinical experience in radiotherapy would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

Key to this position is the drive and commitment to work independently, but to be fully part of a dedicated radiotherapy team, reporting to the commercial director. Extensive travel throughout the UK and Ireland is required to visit customer sites and to actively participate in medical scientific meetings. Some weekend working will be required, usually to attended conferences and exhibitions.

OSL head office is based in Shrewsbury, but relocation is not required.
