UK and Ireland IBA User Meeting

Co-hosted by OSL and Queen's Hospital, Romford, the IBA User Meeting will offer a morning session of technical talks, presentations and discussion about the new IBA product range. The afternoon session continues in the Linac facility with a hands on session for COMPASS and Dolphin.

Getting to Queen's

Train

If you are travelling to Queen’s by train, the closest station is Romford, which is part of Greater Anglia services. The hospital is a 10 minute walk away. Buses 128, 175, 193, 365 and 496 run between the hospital and the station.

The nearest tube stations are Dagenham Heathway (District line) then 175 bus, or Hornchurch (District line) then 193 bus into the hospital.


Car

Car access is through the entrance on Rom Valley Way. If you are travelling by road via the M25, take Junction 28 (A12), then A125 or Junction 29 (A127) then A118 to Romford town centre. Follow the signs to the hospital. There is more information on parking through the link to your left. Our postcode for your sat nav is RM7 0AG.


Bus

There is a bus station within the grounds of Queen’s Hospital. Buses 128, 175, 193, 365, 496, 498, 499 and 898 all come into the hospital grounds.
Buses 103 and 174 serve Oldchurch Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the hospital. Pedestrian access is via Oldchurch Rise.
Buses 5 and 294 serve South Street, which is a 10 minute walk from the hospital. Pedestrian access is either via Rom Valley Way or Oldchurch Rise.
Bus 66 serves Eastern Avenue which is a 10 minute walk from the hospital with a footpath directly into the back of the hospital.


Parking at Queen's

There is limited parking available on site. We charge the following amounts for parking and we operate a pay on exit scheme:
Up to 1 hour £1.20
1 to 2 hours £2.40
2 to 3 hours £3.60
3 to 6 hours £4.80
6 to 9 hours £8.00
9 to 12 hours £12.00
Over 12 hours £18.00

There is a charge of £15 for lost tickets.

Patient and visitor parking areas are on the ground and first floor of the multi-storey car park and in the surface level car park to the front of the building. Ticket machines are located in each car park with a prominent sign showing operating instructions, tariffs and enforcement rules. Tariffs apply every day of the week.
